Yes, you can, but I won’t always know the answers. The team at Aider is constantly training Aider to learn more about your business data. To get started, try asking questions about your data.

What does Aider cost?

We offer a 30-day free trial where you try out everything Aider can do. After that, Aider costs *$9.99NZD per month. * Price in NZD is applicable to New Zealand only. Pricing is also available in USD, AUD and CAD.

Can I cancel my Aider subscription at any time?

Yes, you can stop using Aider anytime. Once you cancel, your account remains active until the end of your billing period. If you are an iOS user, you can cancel your subscription within the app store. If you are an Android user, you can cancel your subscription on the subscription screen in the app. Please do not hesitate to get in touch by emailing success@aider.ai if you have any questions. What apps can I connect to?

Is my data secure?

Yes. I only share data between different apps, never with organizations outside the terms and conditions. We will never sell your data or use it for any purpose outside those outlined in our terms and conditions.

Can I download Aider onto a desktop?

Aider is designed for mobile. Aider is only available on mobile iOS and Android devices.

How does Aider use AI?

AI is the technology Aider uses to understand your data and help you run your business. AI helps big corporates run more efficient businesses by getting to know their customer and business data and turning that into useful insights. Aider gives small businesses access to the same technology. With AI, Aider can help you problem-solve so you can make smarter business decisions. How is it different from Alexa, Siri, and Google Assistant?

These three amazing tech solutions are voice assistants that provide access services through applications like Spotify, GPS, or Google Home. You can use any of these voice assistants to communicate with Aider and Aider does so much more than just connect you to other apps.

Am I able to export Aider’s data?

In order to keep your information secure and in agreement with our app partner’s policies, Aider cannot export data outside of the app environment. However, you can share your data with people you trust, such as internal staff and management. Be careful though!
