We’ve made it easier for you to pick and choose which clients you want to add to your Aider Advisory Platform.
The new Client Management section allows you to import your entire Xero client list, then find and activate only those clients that you want to monitor in Aider. Don’t worry, you will NOT be charged for clients that are not activated.

Quickly set up Aider exactly how you want it No more guessing which clients are worth monitoring in Aider. Simply import all, then activate only those that are recommended or fit your criteria.
Maximise the value of Aider Dashboard by activating more fully supported clients The Dashboard helps you prioritise clients that need immediate attention. So the more clients you activate in Aider the easier it will be for you to stay on top of your client tasks.
Manage your costs by excluding clients not yet fully supported in Aider Easily see which clients may or may not be worth monitoring in Aider yet. Make sure you’re getting the most out of Aider and paying the right price for the service.
How does it work?
Import your client list from Xero by choosing the “Select all” option on Xero’s “Allow access” screen
You can then activate Aider’s recommendation of all supported clients with a single click.
You can also customise your selection in the Client Management details screen. Sort, filter and search for the clients you want to add - e.g. only clients with Xero’s Standard or GST Cashbook subscriptions.
