Improved Advisory Assistant: Introducing Prompt Optimizer

What’s new? 

Harnessing the power of AI is unavoidable if you want to stay relevant in the accounting and financial advisory industry. But getting good results from AI assistants can sometimes feel like trying to get work done in a foreign language.

Learning how to ‘prompt’ (instruct) the AI assistants is the single biggest skill anyone can learn right now. Most people aren’t great at giving instructions to AI, which causes AI to hallucinate and give you convincing but incorrect answers.

We have made some tweaks to our Advisory Assistant that

How does it work? 

1. Preferences and context settings
   Quickly add detailed instructions and context to get more relevant answers in your preferred tone of voice.
2. Smarter, quicker answers with more transparent logic
   ‍If the Advisory Assistant needs to query your client’s data, it will now show the progress, letting you know what it’s doing, so you can be sure that it’s interpreting your instruction correctly and getting the right data. The answer too will start streaming as soon as it has some details, so there’s less time wasted waiting for the full answer.
3. Prompt Optimizer
   ‍This isn’t just a generic prompt enhancer – our Prompt Optimizer tailors improvements using your business’s unique context and the data it has access to. Once you typed your prompt, you can use this tool to help you refine your instruction to get better answers.It also gives you tips and feedback on the changes it made, so that you can become more proficient at prompting.
